Boom has carefully curated this exhibition to honor the life of one of our wonderful artists, Jiri Tibor Novak who sadly passed away at the end of 2021. 

We are working closely with his partner who has generously allowed us to access his studio and present previously unseen works in this exhibition. These artworks will be for sale, with proceeds going towards supporting arts education in our region - something Tibor was passionate about.

As part of the exhibition we will also be exhibiting key works from valued collectors.

Jiri Tibor Novak was an exceptional person. A great lover of people, life and art. This exhibition is a celebration of who he was and also a physical means to express how much he meant to us. Tibor loved Boom and was a constant source of encouragement, laughter, insight, friendship and support. We miss him greatly but through his art he lives on with us. 

This body of work is a testimony to his creativity, skill set, and imagination. His work lifts our vision to consider the wonderment and dreamt visions of how he perceived the world. His artwork allows us to see into his mind, heart and spirit. He is very gracious with this gift and makes it available to anyone who spends time with his work.
