"I’m reminiscing about a one month walk on a long distance walking route in France (GR 65) a few years ago. While I was walking and constantly using maps I reflected that the early travellers were using the stars to find their way. So in this exhibition I have illustrated the traveller’s two ways of getting directions: one part is about mapping the landscape the other is mapping the sky. This is a continuation of my on-going interest for topographical and celestial maps."
