ARTIST STATEMENT
"The artwork for this exhibition was completed at Baldessin Press in St. Andrews. The image was shot with a medium format camera in the Joshua National Park, USA. The negative was scanned then used to make a copper plate for a photo etching, which was printed with ink and a press."

Anita’s work observes nature and seeks to capture and honour the embedded power of the subject matter.
Anita is a freelance photographer based in Geelong. She works in portraiture and fashion. Twice short-listed for the National Photographic Portrait Prize, Anita’s work seeks out the complexity of the human form and the simplicity of the natural one.
