"The sunflower-painted glass button was made in the Czech Republic and found its way to me, through a loved one who found it at a flea market in Germany. A long journey! The other pieces I used in this mini mosaic, come from a broken bracelet, or were found whilst panning in old haberdasheries in Brazil. Some are even part of donations from friends who know that I reuse what falls into my hand."

Ines Machado is a fashion designer from Rio de Janiro who now lives in Geelong. She has been travelling her entire life, collecting stories and objects to later use in her creations with passion and authenticity. These bracelets are one of a kind, made by hand bringing together intricate patterns with many stories.
