Past My Country: Art For Fire Relief
Exhibition Dates
21 February -
15 March
Wanting to respond in a meaningful way to the terrible bushfires the country has experienced over the past months, we have worked with some of our key artists to curate a group exhibition in order to fundraise and help alleviate some of the impact many have experienced from the fires.
Each artist has donated their artwork with 100% of sale price going to Firesticks - an Indigenous led network that aims to re-invigorate the use of cultural burning by facilitating cultural learning pathways to fire and land management. It is an initiative for Indigenous and non- Indigenous people to look after Country, share their experiences and collectively explore ways to achieve their goals.
Find out more about them: www.firesticks.org.au
We are thrilled to announce that a total of $6830 has been raised! Thank you to our generous artists and supporters.
